Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Walmart Supercentre Windsor. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy in picking, packing, and dispensing online orders.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve timely delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
- Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
- Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
- Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and operating material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
