Event Director

54, a leading sports and entertainment agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Director to join its team. As a key member of the 54 event division, you will be responsible for delivering major events on behalf of the company's international client portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have extensive international event experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. You will be comfortable working remotely and at the company's Head Office in London, with a willingness to travel to oversee and support international events.

The role will focus on the company's golf event portfolio, including LIV Golf, Aramco Team Series, and International Series. You will be responsible for all aspects of event delivery, including rightsholder, partner, and client liaison, budget and project management, production, and logistics.

The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering multiple events successfully within tight deadlines, with a strong understanding of the professional golf event ecosystem and its stakeholders. They will be able to navigate and learn about the global golf environment, with experience in producing other major sports events an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of event delivery, including operations and guest experience
  • Event budgets and financial management
  • Client liaison and account management
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting the delivery of post-event reports
  • Travel to oversee and support international events
Requirements:
  • Extensive international event experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex relationships
