54, a leading sports and entertainment agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Director to join its team. As a key member of the 54 event division, you will be responsible for delivering major events on behalf of the company's international client portfolio.
The role will focus on the company's golf event portfolio, including LIV Golf, Aramco Team Series, and International Series. You will oversee all aspects of event delivery, including rightsholder, partner, and client liaison, budget and project management, production, and logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end management of event delivery, including operations and guest experience
- Developing strong relationships with clients and leading relevant conference calls and meetings
- Supporting the delivery of post-event reports, including flash reports and full post-event reports
- Managing event budgets and ensuring alignment with invested partners and sponsors
- Maximizing partner and stakeholder value through event broadcasters
The ideal candidate will have extensive international event experience, strong personal motivation, and the ability to navigate and learn about the global golf environment. Experience in producing other major sports events is an advantage.
As a senior role in the 54 event division, you will be comfortable managing a variety of relationships and working in different cultures. You will also be willing to travel to oversee and/or support on international events, with expected travel outside of the UK ranging from 16 to 20 weeks per year.
