About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Mental Health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to individuals with Mental Health conditions, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe and supportive environment, adapting care plans as needed.
  • Update patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide overall care and support, including assisting with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
