Responsibilities and Requirements
* Assist in conducting ward rounds to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
* Collaborate with colleagues to analyze patient behaviors and adapt care accordingly
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to ensure seamless communication and care delivery
* Provide overall care and support, including personal hygiene assistance as needed
