Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team at Job Box Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support across various aspects of Payroll, HR, and Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager, People Business Partners, and the wider People Team
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Collaborate with a range of people to build relationships and achieve team goals
  • Understand the importance of good planning, organization, and execution in a fast-paced environment
