Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Limited is partnering with a prominent hotel in the Teddington area to find an experienced Payroll Officer for an initial interim basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Process accurate and timely payroll for all hotel employees.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including data input, calculations, and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with UK tax regulations and employment laws.
- Handle payroll queries from staff and management promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, including PAYE and National Insurance contributions.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and generate reports for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
- Collaborate with HR to process new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
- General office hours Monday to Friday, with the option for part-time hours on an interim basis.
- Hourly rate of £15.00 per hour, paid weekly.
