Job Opportunity

Morgan Law is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director of Administration. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with a possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including office management, membership administration, website maintenance, and conference organization. They will also be expected to work closely with the Office Manager and Events Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of these functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration: Maintenance of records and filing systems, liaison with external service providers.
  2. Membership Administration: Control of the membership database, regular correspondence with members, including renewals and election of Fellows.
  3. Conference Administration: Responsible for administration of conferences, including proposal handling, registration, and scheduling.
  4. Website Maintenance: Regular housekeeping, updating, and improvement of the organisation's main website.
  5. Organisation of Public Events: Advertising events on the website and through email campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. Experience as a Head of/AD or Director of Administration.
  2. Membership, NFP or Public Sector experience.
  3. Line management experience.
  4. Events experience.

What We Offer:

£250 - £280 a day via an umbrella company, or £48,000 - £55,000 pro rata. 35 hours per week, hybrid working, central London.
