Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This exciting opportunity is based at our offices on a modern business park near Lichfield, with free parking available.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving your personal sales targets while working on well-established products. You will receive comprehensive training to deliver compelling sales pitches targeting high-level decision-makers in the professional advisory industry.
You will have experience working to targets and deadlines, and understand the importance of building long-term business relationships whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Our supportive and vibrant sales environment offers a strong commitment to your ongoing development and sales skills improvement.
Our client has been a leading publisher of news and analysis in the global business and finance sector for over 20 years. Their extensive range of digital publications provides readers with the latest trends in business strategy and practical insights into pressing challenges facing boardrooms today.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with influential management teams and department heads at top corporations, financial institutions, and professional advisory firms. The salary package includes a basic salary of £25,000, plus open-ended commission giving an estimated OTE of between £31-35,000 in the first year, depending on individual performance.
