About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to join our experienced sales team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for achieving your personal sales targets while working on well-established products. Your primary focus will be on selling editorial and marketing packages to an international client base that includes law firms, accountants, and consultants.

The ideal candidate will have experience working to targets and deadlines, and understand the importance of building long-term business relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. You will receive training to deliver compelling sales pitches, targeting high-level decision-makers in the professional advisory industry.

Our company has been a leading publisher of news and analysis in the global business and finance sector for over 20 years. Our extensive range of digital publications provides readers with the latest trends in business strategy and practical insights into the most pressing challenges facing boardrooms today.

We work with some of the most influential management teams and department heads at top corporations, financial institutions, and professional advisory firms. As a trusted provider of industry-leading information, we are recognized as a key resource in the global marketplace.

Package Includes:

A starting salary of £25,000 per annum, with an OTE of £31k - £35k in year one (expected to increase thereafter). Commission is uncapped, and excellent benefits are also included.

This role is based at a modern business park near Lichfield, with parking provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Selection Process: A two-stage interview process will be used to select the successful candidate.
