We are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join our esteemed client in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the direct sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and innovation in the telecommunications and technology sectors.

Role Overview:

  • You will manage a portfolio of leads, identifying opportunities and nurturing them through the sales journey
  • Engage in outbound calls, guiding clients through the sales process and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Upsell and cross-sell services and solutions, leveraging industry insights and product knowledge
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years' experience in sales development or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with ease
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like ConnectWise
  • A background in telecommunications or IoT is highly desirable
