Telecommunications Sales Professional

We are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join our esteemed client in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the direct sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and innovation in the telecommunications and technology sectors.
Role Overview:
- You will manage a portfolio of leads, identifying opportunities and nurturing them through the sales journey
- Engage in outbound calls, guiding clients through the sales process and ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Upsell and cross-sell services and solutions, leveraging industry insights and product knowledge
- Deliver top-notch customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years' experience in sales development or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with ease
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like ConnectWise
- A background in telecommunications or IoT is highly desirable
