Job Summary:

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic partnerships that align with our growth objectives. This involves developing and executing a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy, prospecting and generating new partner opportunities, negotiating contract agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy, identifying key markets, segments, and potential partners to drive growth.
  • Prospect and generate new partner opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Negotiate contract agreements with partners to ensure mutual value, profitability, and clear responsibilities between Comms365 and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner acquisition efforts are aligned with company goals and market trends.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or partner management within the telecommunications, connectivity, or technology sectors.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably ConnectWise and other relevant business tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
