Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Lead to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing the clinical model based on the CYP IAPT principles and the iTHRIVE framework.

About the Role

The Clinical Lead will support and develop the workforce through supervision, consultation, and training, as well as sharing their expertise within multidisciplinary teams and leadership meetings. They will also hold a small caseload of young people with complex needs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have significant knowledge and experience of principal evidence-based psychological therapies within CAMHS, such as CBT, Family Therapy, DBT, and other psychotherapeutic approaches. For the Clinical Lead post within the Eating Disorder Service, experience of collaborative working across schools, hospitals, social care, and other agencies to improve pathways for young people with eating disorders is essential.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £63,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This is a competitive salary reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality mental health services.
