Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Catering Unit Manager to oversee our on-site catering operations at Preston Candover Primary School, Basingstoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily food service, leading a team of staff, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our students, utilizing fresh ingredients and promoting healthy eating habits
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control throughout the kitchen environment
