Turner Wise Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our team in the City.
This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our Lettings Manager to register lettings applications, maintain our internal database, and progress lettings deals. You will also be responsible for carrying out reference checks on new tenants, updating our company website, and performing general office administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous property experience, particularly within the Lettings field, and possess excellent organisation and administration skills. You will be able to prioritise, handle pressure, and manage a varying workload, with exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
We offer a competitive salary of £23k - £30k per annum, and the opportunity to work with a well-established estate agency. If you are a team player with a positive can-do attitude, please apply with your CV and we will aim to get back to you over the next few working days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering lettings applications
- Maintaining the internal database
- Progressing lettings deals
- Carrying out reference checks on new tenants
- Updating company website
- General office administration duties
- Collating information for monthly fees and KPIs/Weekly Deal Tracker
- Sending tenancy renewal emails and liaising with Lettings Manager
- Organising photography/floorplans/EPCs for new instructions
Requirements:
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Ability to prioritise, handle pressure, and manage a varying workload
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Administration experience essential
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
