Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Residential Lettings Coordinator to join our team at Temp Lettings Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the letting team, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, clients, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enquiries and Viewings: Handle letting enquiries from prospective and existing tenants, arranging and conducting viewings as required.
  • Property Preparation: Prepare new properties for marketing, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Data Input and Administration: Perform data input and residential tenancy administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Security Management: Manage and update our residential key security system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Organize and coordinate team events and socials, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Tenant Relationships: Maintain good relationships with tenants and contractors, providing exceptional customer care and service.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Head of Lettings Management with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in the residential lettings sector and 3 years in a clerical, PA, or senior administrative/coordinator role.
  • Qualifications: GCSE or higher relevant qualifications in Maths and English.
  • Customer Care: A high standard of customer care and service provision.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: A team player with a proactive, positive, and driven track record.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

  • Software Experience: Familiarity with web-based property management software, such as Horizon or Cube.
  • Problem-Solving: A practical approach to problem-solving and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
