About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing data capture initiatives across EMEA markets, improving customer retention, and implementing customer journey strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CRM Manager in delivering data capture initiatives and customer retention programs.
  • Map, test, and monitor customer journeys to ensure data accuracy and up-time.
  • Prepare customer data for marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and proper flagging.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs, sharing results and leveraging stakeholder input to improve the customer experience.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to deliver projects and manage workloads.
  • Support stores in implementing clienteling strategies, tools, and processes.
  • Diagnose issues and work with UAT to resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting for personalization.
  • Proactive approach, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Amperity, ActionIQ, or other Customer Data Platforms, as well as Email and CRM platforms.
