About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Non-Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and guidance to our client, a global leader in refining and producing sustainable fuels and liquid chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to drive continued growth and success
  • Offer advice on navigating complex regulatory environments
  • Bring deep expertise in delivering significant construction projects, preferably in the oil and gas, renewable energy, or chemical manufacturing sector
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive innovation, technology, and market expansion
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive business growth and success

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High-profile individual with previous board-level experience
  • Outstanding leadership skills and experience in construction engineering
  • Ability to adapt to a highly entrepreneurial environment
  • Minimum 12 days per annum commitment
