Job Title: Global IT Service Desk Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Manager to lead our global technical team and provide exceptional IT support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality IT services and support
  • Develop and implement IT processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a fast-paced IT support environment
  • Proven track record of managing a helpdesk environment and delivering quality IT services
  • Experience of developing IT processes and workflows, and implementing automation
  • Effective project and time management skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management and communication
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ITSM tools
  • Experience of working in an international business environment
