Job Title: Global IT Service Desk Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Manager to lead our global technical team and provide exceptional IT support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality IT services and support to our global workforce.
  • Develop and implement IT processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address those areas.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced IT support environment.
  • Proven track record of managing IT teams and developing IT processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
