Job Title: Enterprise CRM Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise CRM Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Cloud Decisions. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex CRM transformation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead CRM transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM transformation project management, with a focus on enterprise-level implementations
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
