Enterprise CRM Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise CRM Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Cloud Decisions. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex CRM transformation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver CRM transformation projects, including configuration, implementation, and testing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading complex CRM transformation projects, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors
  • Experience with CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
