Job Title: Enterprise CRM Business Systems Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise CRM Business Systems Consultant to join our team at Cloud Decisions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, owning the Sales/CRM system requirements, and creating clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs).

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
* Own the Sales/CRM system requirements
* Create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)
* Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CRM Business Systems Analyst at enterprise
* Been involved in the implementation of a number of complex enterprise CRM transformations
* Lead to Opportunity including opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management
