Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.">
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.">
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.">
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.">
