Retail Night Lead Specialist

**Role Overview**
The Retail Night Lead Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores during night shifts. As a leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
You will work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the store. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:**

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including holiday starting at 20 days plus a personal day rising to 22 days after 12 months (plus Bank holidays) and request flexible working from day one.
