Night Shift Operations Manager

As a Night Shift Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example and helping colleagues understand and love our products and services. You will also be involved in community projects and will have the opportunity to grow your own team by spotting talent and giving them the feedback and support they need to succeed.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to be out of the office and leading from the front on the store floor with their colleagues and customers. You will build a strong team spirit and a network of relationships that extends beyond the store.
