- Lead a team of support staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the shift.
- Conduct ongoing assessments, observing changes in health and well-being, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support customers with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Thorough knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse (level 5).
- Understanding of the NMC code of conduct and relevant practice standards and guidance.
- Effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures.
- Flexibility to work rostered hours and on-call rota as required.
