Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our customers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to customers, including administering medication, wound care, and personal care.
- Lead a team of support staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the shift.
- Develop and implement Person Centred Plans, ensuring the needs of our customers are met within a safe and caring environment.
- Support ongoing assessments, observing any changes in health and well-being.
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to NMC guidelines.
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A thorough and up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse (level 5).
- An understanding of the NMC code of conduct and relevant practice standards and guidance.
- Effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures.
- Flexibility to work rostered hours and on-call rota as required.
