Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office services team at the Charalle Group in London.

This role involves facilities and office services administration, post and office supplies management, building maintenance, internal relocations, stationery supply management, and assisting the Facilities Helpdesk.

Key Requirements
  • At least 3 years of recent experience in a City law firm
  • A proactive individual with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to think critically and work efficiently
  • A team player with a reliable and punctual attitude
