We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Services Specialist to join our team at Jefferson Health. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job DescriptionJob Summary:
This is a regular full-time position with a workday schedule (United States of America). The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support while maintaining accurate records and data.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Degree: High school diploma or equivalent required; Experience: Customer service and/or patient-facing healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
