Experienced Nurses Sought for Northampton Position

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Specialist Oncology Healthcare Professional to join our team in Northampton. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality cancer care services in the comfort of patients' own homes.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering a range of care services including bloods, toxicity assessments, IV/Oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, and more. Although working independently, you will remain part of a wider nursing team, enjoying regular contact with managers and colleagues.

Benefits and Salary

The salary for this position is up to £43,000 per annum, with additional benefits including a fully expensed company car and fuel card or car allowance of £4,877.50per annum plus mileage, NMC fee reimbursement, contributory pension scheme, death in service (4 x salary), annual holiday 33 days inclusive of bank holidays with option to buy 5 more, mobile phone and tablet device, weekend and evening enhancements 30% / 60%, and support with revalidation.

Requirements

To succeed as a Specialist Oncology Healthcare Professional, you must have:

  • RGN with active NMC PIN
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience of community based work is desirable but not essential
  • Experience within the acute setting and competent in the administration of chemotherapy, cytotoxic drugs, cannulation, and clinical assessments
  • SACT Passport desirable but not essential
