Job Overview:

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Health Visitor to join our team. As a key member of our 0-19 Health Visiting Team, you will play a vital role in assessing and identifying health needs for individuals, families, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the healthcare needs of infants, children, and families.
  • Monitor safeguarding and child protection needs of vulnerable families.
  • Be professionally accountable for the delivery of care.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an integrated skill mix team, providing high-quality care and support to families. You will be working closely with Practice Teachers, Specialist School Nurses, Community Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality outcomes and improve the experience of families.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse and Health Visitor qualification.
  • Experience in an appropriate setting.

Salary:
£32,000 - £43,041 per annum (dependent on experience)
