At St Andrew's Healthcare, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contract Performance and Fees Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a national specialist provider in the field of mental healthcare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of diverse tasks, both analytical and administrative, to ensure that contracts performance reporting and fees requirements can be delivered efficiently. They will work closely with service and clinical leads, data and analytics, finance and other enabling functions across the Charity to integrate contract performance review processes with internal performance metrics.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person who can reliably manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for making a difference in mental healthcare.
