Care Support Specialist

At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to residents in our care homes.
As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording observations. You will also be responsible for providing support and companionship to residents, which is essential for their overall wellbeing.
We are looking for someone with a background in care, preferably with a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent. A good understanding of elderly care and the wider healthcare industry is also essential. Ideally, you should have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. If you are dedicated, compassionate, and passionate about people, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
