Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities using consultative selling techniques.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business prospects to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Negotiation and Commercial Agreements: Negotiate, implement, and manage agreed commercial agreements to gain additional business and achieve targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Consultative selling, proposal management, negotiation, and commercial agreement implementation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
