The Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, managing challenging behaviour, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualised care to residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Manage challenging behaviour, using de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement strategies.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care and support.
