Compassionate Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will provide personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
The ideal candidate will be kind, empathetic, and patient, with excellent communication skills. A driving license and car are required for this role, as well as the ability to pass a DBS check.
We offer a competitive salary of £9-11 per hour, plus paid holidays and pension scheme. Our Bright Care Academy provides comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities, ensuring that our Support Workers have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this rewarding role.
About the Role
- Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes
- Assist with practical tasks such as housework, meal preparation, and daily living activities
- Build relationships with clients and support them in maintaining their independence
- Collaborate with other professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
