Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure that rewards high performance.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving performance, developing the team, and promoting the benefits of laser surgery to patients.

You will be customer-facing, helping to drive sales and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your strong management skills and ability to work closely with your team will be essential in achieving our goals.
