Healthcare Technology Consultant

As a leading provider of end-to-end foodservice technology solutions, we empower professionals across healthcare and aging services to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve patient care. We are seeking a skilled Integration Specialist to join our team in Cambridge, ON.
The role involves working closely with our Engineering and Customer Experience teams to develop innovative processes and resolve integration and connection issues. You will assist with client onboarding, provide tier 2 support, create documentation, and proactively monitor system connections and server resources.
Requirements:
- Degree in Health Administration, Information Management, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of healthcare software integrations, EMR systems, HL7 2.3.x, and APIs
- Experience working with ADT order messages and ITIL best practices
- Technical documentation creation and team guidance
- Strong analytical skills and business gap identification
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000-$85,000, based on qualifications and experience. Occasional travel may be required, with a valid passport and no travel restrictions.
