We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to support our clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You will work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure they receive the best possible care.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour for Monday to Friday and £12.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday, plus mileage of 30p per mile. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits and perks, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, and access to our Benefits and Well-being Platform.

Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual who is able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work flexibly to meet the changing needs of our clients.
