Job Title: Residential Project Coordinator

Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to coordinate and support residential development projects in Chelmsford.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the production of working drawing packages for residential projects
  • Assist in project management and coordination
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software daily
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal/external teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience post-qualification
  • Essential experience in UK developer-led residential projects
  • Strong technical skills
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Revit experience beneficial, with training offered
