About the Role

As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will work on housing projects for national and regional housebuilders, requiring experience working on UK housing projects for large developers. Responsibilities include preparing working drawings, liaising with team members and clients, checking drawings for quality, and assisting with other tasks.

Requirements

  • AutoCAD and MS Office expertise are essential.
  • Revit knowledge is desirable.
  • Technical understanding of housing delivery for housebuilders is crucial.
  • Experience working with large residential developers is required.
  • Strong drawing and report writing skills are necessary.
