Job Title:
Agriculture Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in field sales and a strong understanding of the agriculture industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet annual sales targets set by the company,
Develop and maintain customer relationships,
Expand key global accounts within designated areas,
Implement sales and marketing strategies,
Contribute to monthly reporting and forecasting,
Manage and report on allocated industries and accounts,
Provide industry and product reporting as required.
Requirements:
Effective communication,
Good physical health,
Presentable appearance,
Valid driving license with no more than 6 points,
ONC Electrical/Instrumentation qualification,
Basic computer skills,
Field sales experience,
Understanding of basic instrumentation,
Proficient in Microsoft packages and email management,
Strong written and verbal communication,
Organizational skills,
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels,
Excellent telephone manner,
Accurate presentation and work,
Ability to meet deadlines,
Effective time management,
Discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality,
Self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented,
Ability to work independently,
Assertive, enthusiastic, confident, and adaptable.
Salary:
£55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
