Hospitality Team Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Hospitality Team Lead to join our team at Liverpool Lime Street Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations.

About the Role:

About You:
  • You have at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
