Job Title: Finance Officer Part-time

The Transformation Unit is seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join their North West commissioning team. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will work closely with commissioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services in line with national and sub-national policy objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the commissioning team in managing and delivering financial services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address financial risks and issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to commissioners and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in financial analysis and management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
