  • We're seeking a talented Nuclear Procurement Manager to join our Bristol-based team, responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies for the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
  • In this role, you will provide commercial expertise and governance to internal stakeholders, driving business growth and improvement through effective contract and bid management.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with project objectives, leveraging your knowledge of commercial terms and MOD contracting methods to drive innovation and success.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, with regular travel to Bristol and home working arrangements.
  • The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Business, Law, or Accountancy, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to meet critical internal governance and customer timelines.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in contract and bid management within the UK Defence market.
  • Familiarity with MOD contracting methods and commercial terms.
  • Professional memberships, such as IACCM / WCC (World Commerce and Contracting), are desirable.
