Lead Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the assigned scope of work on the Nuclear New Build project at Hinkley Point C.
- Managing complex projects within the nuclear energy sector, with experience in engineering design, contract and field execution strategies, procurement and management of contracts, cost control, risk management, and Earned Value tools.
- Working closely with the project delivery teams to define the work scope, ensure priorities are clear, and drive the timely resolution of Field Change (FCR's), Non-Conformance (NCRs), Request For Information (RFIs) and other constraints to delivery.
- Conducting project review and performance analysis monthly, leading all contract administration through CEMAR, and ensuring compliance with HPC Project Governance, including progression of Change Control (PCR's) as appropriate.
- Having a strong background in project management, with experience in managing large and complex construction projects in a regulated environment, including NEC and FIDIC contracts.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £90,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
