We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Lead to join our Natural Resources team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-discipline teams and delivering effective project controls services to our clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple Project Controls disciplines, including Planning, Cost Estimation, Cost Management, Risk Management, and Reporting. They will also possess practical experience in integrating Project Controls disciplines and assessing the maturity of a team and ways of working.

In this role, you will work closely with our Integrated Project Team to establish a robust Performance Measurement Baseline and manage the change control process. You will also ensure scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment, and analyse performance data to provide delivery insight and facilitate delivery decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-discipline teams to deliver effective project controls services
  • Driving continuous improvement in project controls processes
  • Defining and implementing project controls approaches across projects, programs, and portfolios
  • Ensuring scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment
  • Analysing performance data to provide delivery insight and facilitate delivery decisions

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in multiple Project Controls disciplines
  • Practical experience in integrating Project Controls disciplines
  • Experience in using some Project Controls software
