Nuclear Integrity Specialist

Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C are two of the world's largest construction projects, requiring a skilled Structural or Civil Engineer with experience in steelwork design. As part of our team, you will provide your expertise to deliver globally recognised projects in the nuclear field.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Structural or Civil Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. Your primary responsibilities will include completing structural designs and steelwork integrity assessments, coordinating with project stakeholders, and participating in site visits to analyse specific issues or requests from contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing structural design and steelwork integrity assessments on new build nuclear structures, including accidental situations (e.g., seismic).
- Coordinating and communicating complex engineering problems between project stakeholders.
- Providing technical review and responding to site queries and requested changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to support contractor activities on HPC site.
- Coordination with CAD team to finalise design packages for procurements and construction.
- Coordination with other disciplines (civils, HVAC, piping etc.).
- Participating in site visits to analyse specific issues or requests from the Contractor.
