**Job Description**

The successful Year 3 Educator will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons to Year 3 students
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies
  • Communicating regularly with parents and guardians

**Requirements**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

- Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably in Year 3

- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary and Benefits**

The school offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a supportive work environment and career development opportunities.
